1. Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked and paid in full at the time of booking. Prices listed are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens—we get it. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee.

• No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

• For intensives or special programs, please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

3. Class Etiquette & Safety
Please arrive on time and inform the instructor of any injuries or health concerns before class. Participants are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

4. Intellectual Property
All choreography, class content, and material shared through VossMoves remain the intellectual property of Claire Voss and may not be recorded, copied, or distributed without permission.

5. Studio & Online Use
Sessions are conducted in a professional setting. If attending virtually, please ensure your space is safe and suitable for movement. VossMoves reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate conduct.

6. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for processing bookings and communicating about VossMoves services. We respect your privacy and do not share your data with third parties.

7. Changes to Services
VossMoves reserves the right to modify class schedules, pricing, and instructors as necessary. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
